Orders must be placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday to be dispatched same day. After this time they may be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3.00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Excludes Bank Holidays. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail on a Tracked 24 Service and do not require a signature. Next Day Delivery is not available in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or BFPO addresses
All UK Returns & Exchanges are FREE for 90 days when you order with Weird Fish
Terms and conditions
All you need to do is send your purchase back to us within 90 days of receiving it, for an exchange or refund. Returns are FREE for anyone returning items from within the UK, just use the prepaid Royal Mail postage label that comes in your parcel, and take it to your local post office, and request a certificate of posting. If your return parcel exceeds 610mm x 460mm x 460mm, or weighs more than 2kg, please contact us as your free postage label may not be eligible. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to cover the costs of any returns from outside the UK.
